Information about your bookings – Corona Pandemic

Dear mill friends,

As the corona pandemic still has us firmly under control, we would like to provide you with the following information about your bookings:

All bookings from March 17th until the end of the closure can be rebooked / canceled free of charge.

Vouchers that should be redeemed from 03/17/20 until the reopening will continue to be valid and can be redeemed at a different time.

If your voucher has expired by the time it is reopened, we will extend it free of charge by the time we had closed (from the day of reopening).
(A quick example:
Your booking was from April 28th. – 04/30/20. If our closure continued until the end of May, we will automatically extend your voucher until the end of July.)

For cancellations made in the period prior to the closing (arrival date), we still have to insist on the cancellation fees or the voucher is considered redeemed.

Bookings for events, excursions and celebrations in the period up to the reopening can also be rebooked free of charge.
