Description
Plum brandy from the Eifel
Our plum brandy with an alcohol content of 43% vol. Is made from plums directly in the region. Since the whole fruit is processed with its stone, plums are often accompanied by a light almond note. Its fruity-warm aftertaste makes it a very balanced, round and harmonious brandy specialty, which is particularly mild and full-bodied in taste.
How do you enjoy the brandy?
A serving temperature of 16 to 18 degrees is recommended for pure enjoyment. Its delicate marzipan tan makes it perfect for dessert. But it also tastes wonderful as an aromatic aperitif or as a digestif after a successful meal. A special insider tip for every gourmet: the combination with dark chocolate.
